Shipping and delivery

We ship orders to most parts of the world. However, the User/Customer of this site needs to check by yourself whether the shipment would involve any custom fees in your own countries and be fully responsible for it.

Please also noted that Tea Emperor reserves the right to change the price of products, the delivery price, cancel or reject the order and delivery at any given condition.

Shipping cost

The delivery cost varies based on the delivery countries. Please proceed with the shopping and upon checking out, the delivery cost will be added automatically depending on your desired delivery destination.

NOTE: the automatic calculation of delivery costs APPLY ONLY TO ORDERS INCLUDING 1-2 ITEMS (under 250g). If you are to purchase more than 2 items (more than 200g), please contact us for delivery quotes before proceeding to payment, thank you!

The list product price always include VAT.

Before you complete the order, you will see the total price including the calculation of VAT and delivery costs. However, if the weight of your ordered items exceed 250g, it is possible that we would need to require extra delivery costs from you before the shipment.

Here you can see the basic principle of our delivery fees for products under 250g (already including handeling fees):

WITHIN FINLAND:

6 euro per order  (we will send it as Maksi letter)

INTERNATIONALLY, WITHIN MOST EU COUNTRIES:

16 euro per order (we will send it as registered letter to ensure that the letter is trackable.)

INTERNATIONALLY, OUTSIDE OF MOST EU COUNTRIES:

25 euro per order (we will send it as registered letter to ensure that the letter is trackable.)

Shipping methods

Domestically: We use Finnish Post (Itella Oy) for all the deliveries. All orders are delivered to the delivery address by sending as MAKSI letter (we will send it as Maksi letter, a letter form in which one can send light-weight items from Finland.).

Internationally: We send all the orders as registered mail which is trackable.

Delivery time

We generally ship products within 2-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive depending on your location. If you live outside EU, please expect the delivery time to be at least 2 weeks. If you have an urgent order, please contact our customer service.
